6. NFTs are each freely transferable an unlimited number of times; only the “Winner” of the NFT (meaning: the first purchaser of the NFT) will be eligible to receive the added extras.
7. If the NFT is lost or destroyed, or private key or other access is lost, the buyer or holder may not request a replacement.
8. NFT may not be exchanged for any cash amount.
9. Duckdown Music and/or Young MA and/or their respective affiliates are not responsible for (i) the safe keeping of the NFT and may not be held liable for loss, loss of access, or damage; and (ii) any technology failure including but not limited to wallets, exchanges, smart contracts and underlying blockchain protocols.
10. To receive the Guest list passes to an upcoming Young MA show of your choosing, collect all 5 NFTs.
